There is a communal swimming pool within 50 metres and 18-hole par 72 championship golf course within the complex. The course is very challenging with water features and spectacular views of the mountains and the Mediterranean from most fairways. There is also a driving range, putting greens with bunker practice area and clubhouse, which is open to all residents, and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The villa is ideally situated with a further seven golf courses within a 20 mile area.
